Returns Policy

If your product is faulty or Empty Teabags has sent you the wrong items, please send them back to us within 14 days of the invoice date for a full product refund or replacement.

Please note. Refunds or replacement for returned merchandise will be issued only for a product in its original packaging. All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Empty Teabags.
